For this Southington, CT bathroom remodeling project, our client wanted to turn their dated, cramped bath into a fresh, modern retreat with better lighting, updated fixtures, and a more open layout. Before the Remodel

Before every transformation begins, there’s a space that tells a story—often one of outdated finishes, poor functionality, and missed potential. In this bathroom, the worn tilework, faded fixtures, and limited layout reflect a space that no longer meets the needs or style preferences of the homeowner. During the Renovation

During construction, our crew completely gutted the bathroom down to the studs. The old tub, wall tile, sink and toilet were removed to make way for new plumbing, lighting, and layout. With a clean slate, we installed a glass enclosed walk in shower and completely reconfigured the plumbing. In the finished space, a sleek marble tile now covers the shower walls and floor, accented by a built in recessed niche for shampoo and storage. The heavy old fixtures were replaced with a clean white vanity topped by an elegant oval mirror and a modern wall sconce. We laid new large format tile on the floor and painted the walls a soft neutral gray, giving the whole room a bright, spa like feel. In fact, fresh light gray paint, an updated light fixture, and a modern LED mirror now “banish the old shadows” and make the room feel welcoming. Overall, the transformation is dramatic. The once dark, cluttered bathroom is now open, light, and thoroughly modern.
